Pakistech Cart Rewards — Privacy

Pakistech Cart Rewards stores your Shopify shop domain and shop ID, encrypted app authorization credentials, campaign configuration, and app subscription status to provide cart rewards. It reads product information needed for configured offers. On the Free plan, it also stores monthly view totals and a random per-page identifier to avoid counting the same page twice. These records are retained for the current month and two previous months, then deleted. The identifier is not stored in a cookie and is not linked to a customer profile. It does not store shopper names, email addresses, addresses, payment information, or order histories.

Our infrastructure provider is Cloudflare. Shopify processes app installation, access authorization, checkout discounts, and app billing. Operational errors may be logged to diagnose availability problems; authorization credentials must not be included in logs.

Uninstalling removes app sessions, saved campaign configuration, and app subscription status from the app database. Shopify's mandatory deletion requests are also processed. Records may remain in provider-managed backups until those backups expire.
