Pakistech Cart Rewards support

Getting started

Open the app from Apps in Shopify admin.
In Setup & support, open your theme editor. Enable the Pakistech app embed and save. An inline app block is also available in compatible theme sections.
Follow Rewards → Design → Turn on. Select gift and suggested products if needed.
Choose Save & turn on bar. Confirm rewards below, at and above each threshold in your own cart and checkout.

Plans

Free includes one shipping goal and 1,000 bar views per calendar month. Growth costs $4.99 USD per month with unlimited bar views and orders, up to five goals, one free gift and four suggested products. Growth has no free trial. There are no usage fees or sales commissions. Shopify handles plan approval and billing.

A visible bar counts once per page load; cart updates and multiple widgets on that page do not add views. Theme editor previews do not count. Free usage resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. At the limit the bar hides, but the shipping reward remains active. Upgrade or wait for the next reset to show the bar again.

Rewards and eligibility

One active campaign supports up to five spend milestones, one gift variant and four suggested products. Eligible subtotal excludes gift cards and marked reward gifts. The best eligible cart discount applies, and free shipping can apply alongside it. Other discount codes do not combine with the campaign.

Rewards apply in the store's primary currency. The bar is hidden for other currencies. Products must be available on the Online Store; subscription-only products are not supported as gifts or suggested products.

Gift protection

Shoppers explicitly add their gift. Keep the Pakistech gift protection checkout rule enabled so an ineligible gift is blocked at checkout. Shoppers can remove an invalid gift from the cart. Pausing the campaign hides its bar and stops rewards while retaining protection for gifts already in carts. Uninstalling removes the app's functionality, so review your gift offers before uninstalling.

Troubleshooting

If a bar does not appear, check the app embed is enabled in your current theme, the bar is turned on, and the cart uses your store's primary currency. For a publish error, keep the draft and retry as directed. An interrupted publish can be retried after five minutes; do not create replacement discount rules manually.

When contacting support, include your shop domain, theme name, steps to reproduce and any error message. Never send passwords, API secrets or customer payment details.
